On Facebook

I have always hated the fact that Facebook always changes features, layout and relocating buttons for various functions without any user feedbacks or giving us the freedom to choose or customize the interface. After watching the movie "The Social Network," It's clear to me that the "I-know-better-than-you" attitude of Mark Zukerberg manifests itself in these unpredictable, authoritarian Facebook feature changes.

The latest one that I just found out, which does not make any sense whatsoever, is how one cancels an add friend request. It used to be that you can simply look up the name under your friend list and delete the pending add friend request. But now, you have to go to the page of the person you are adding and click the cancel add friend request on the bottom of the column below the profile picture!
